About Lindsay Dungey
Hi, I’m Lindsay!
I’ve been very active most of my life, playing year round sports in high school and continuing to exercise throughout college. When I met my husband (a professional Supercross & Motocross athlete) I started to learn much more about exercise and nutrition through his lifestyle. I decided to make health and wellness a real priority in my day to day routine, and I could genuinely feel and see a difference in my body, energy levels, and mood. I realized how much I truly enjoyed exercising and fueling my body properly, and I decided to pursue this passion and get certified in personal training, so I could help others look and feel their best as well.

I have a huge sweet tooth! Moderation and balance is key :)
I love to travel and experience new adventures, cultures, and foods
Weight training is my favorite form of exercise
I didn’t drink coffee until I moved in with my husband, and now he’s got me addicted (and I don’t know how I survived 21 years without it)
I grew up on a farm in a small town in Minnesota
